Print a Host of Golden Daffodils- Wednesday 12th March 2025
Evening course, Wednesday 12th March 2025, 6-8pm, £20
Book all 5 spaces to get 10% off with code 5DAFFODILS
This class is suitable for 11 yrs plus accompanied by an adult if you feel they will be engaged and enthusiastic about the process.
Inspired by William Wordsworth we will be printing from a pre-designed lino block of daffodils carved by Jack, spending the evening using the printing press to print our own host of golden daffodils on paper. You will learn how to ink up the lino, learn how to use the press and how to construct the paper flowers. A lovely Spring decoration to bring colour and joy to the home whilst also learning the very basic principles of lino printing and flower paper-art.
We will provide all the materials for the course.
What to bring with you
Clothes that you don’t mind getting ink on. Although we will be using water based inks and we have aprons, it’s best to wear clothes that are not precious.
Feel free to bring other snacks/packed tea! Tea and coffee provided.
What you’ll leave with at the end of the day
Your own bouquet of paper daffodils
