Seasonal Printing: Collagraph - Saturday 13th June 2026
Saturday 13th June 13:00 - 15:30, £38, All levels
Book all 4 places to get 10% with code 4TOGETHERHALFDAY
Join us for this workshop where we will be sipping seasonal teas as we explore the printmaking process of Collagraph. During this workshop you will learn how to take prints from found natural materials such as leaves and flowers. Flat leaves and petals are brilliant for this process. A Collagraph is the process of applying ink directly to the surface of found materials (in this instance we will use plants) and then printing the impression on paper using the printing press. The intention for this workshop is to not only learn the process and make our own artworks but to also take a moment to appreciate the natural forms of the summer months and mark the season.
All materials will be provided but it would be great if you could collect things from nature that you might like to use as inspiration and to print from such as leaves, flowers and twigs. Make sure you only pick flowers from your own garden or with permission and don’t take too much. We will, however, have lots of material available for those who don’t have time to bring their own inspirations from nature.
What you’ll leave with at the end of the day
Edition(s) of your print
